These terms govern your use of the D.Yago Creative LLC website and services. By using our site or purchasing our offerings, you agree to these terms.

Services

D.Yago Creative LLC offers art classes, original artwork, commissions, custom woodwork, and creative software tools. All offerings are subject to availability.

Class Enrollments

• Class enrollments are billed as monthly subscriptions through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Class capacity is limited. Enrollment is first-come, first-served.
• If a class is full, you may join the waitlist and will be notified when a spot opens.

Artwork & Goods

• All artwork sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
• Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Availability is subject to current inventory.

Commissions

Custom artwork and woodwork commissions are arranged individually. Pricing, timelines, and terms will be agreed upon before work begins. Contact us to discuss your project.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, logos, and other content on this site are the property of D.Yago Creative LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

D.Yago Creative LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
